Experiencing stuttering with my 9800X3D. I've seen mixed advice on fixes, BIOS tweaks, drivers, or game settings. Has anyone solved this recently? Your help would be appreciated!

Here’s how to fix stutter on a Ryzen 7 9800X3D:

• Disable GPU power monitoring (e.g., MSI Afterburner).
• Set Windows power plan to Balanced, not High.
• In BIOS: set Global C‑States = Enabled, disable PBO/X3D Gaming Mode.
• Under Power Plan > PCIe > Link State Power Management: use Maximum Savings.
