To remove network settings installed by MDM, go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, select the management, then tap Remove Management. To remove remote management from an iPad without a computer, go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. If the profile is visible, tap it and select Remove Management. You’ll need the administrator password. If it's locked or hidden, only the organization can remove it. Otherwise, a factory reset won't help without the correct credentials.
