Ensure your SD card is in the exFAT format not in NTFS, or anything else. Additionally, you can also identify whether it is the default installation path. If it still refuses to be seen by EmuDeck then you can format the card (be sure to back up your stuff) and re-install EmuDeck. That is usually enough.
