My pc is not making any noises, not at all, totally silent. It's not good when its related to work. How can I fix Windows sound errors quickly?

To Fix Windows error sounds fast, do the following:
  1. Click the Volume icon with the right button > Go to Sounds.
  2. With Sound Scheme, click "No Sounds" at the top of the window to pause all error sounds.
  3. Choose the Program Events menu, select the error you want to disable and make its sound option "None".
  4. Choose Apply > OK to apply your changes.

To fix Windows error sounds quickly, open Control Panel, go to Sound settings, then under the “Sounds” tab, either select “No Sounds” to mute all system sounds or scroll to the specific error sound, and set it to “None.” Save changes by clicking Apply and OK. Alternatively, you can lower the system volume or disable system sounds from the sound mixer for a quick fix.

Windows error sounds usually mean something's not working right. First, try restarting your computer – that often fixes simple glitches. If the sound persists, check your device drivers (especially audio) for updates. Outdated or corrupted drivers are common culprits. You can also run the Windows troubleshooter for audio problems. If all else fails, a system file check might be needed.
