Google Workspace is great if you like working online — super smooth with Gmail, Docs, Drive, etc. Microsoft 365 is better if you’re used to Word, Excel, and Outlook — especially the desktop apps. If your team lives in Google Docs, go with Workspace. If they love Excel formulas and heavy files, 365 is the way.
