Why won't ChatGPT let me upload an image to it?

I am trying to upload an image to ChatGPT but why it's not working today? Is there an issue going on in the market or could be the problem on my sid?

Genspark AI Drive and Download Agent (for grabbing files from URLs) treat ZIPs as regular cloud-stored files. They can host them but don't automatically unpack them unless using the conversion tool.
