At the moment, no single button can disable Meta AI, but you can reduce your interaction by muting the AI chats or not using the search bar that triggers suggestions.
Completely disabling Meta AI on Instagram is currently not possible, as it's part of Meta’s integrated ecosystem. However, you can minimize interaction with it by adjusting a few settings and usage habits:
Ignore Chat Suggestions: When the AI chatbot suggests messages in the DM section, you can choose to ignore them manually.
Mute AI Messages: If a conversation with Meta AI has already started, you can mute or archive that chat.
Provide Feedback: Tap on the “...” (more options) in the chat window and select “Give Feedback” to let Meta know you don’t like the feature.
Note: Meta may offer more user control in future updates, so it’s a good idea to check your app settings and privacy options from time to time.
