Anyone know how to save Instagram videos directly to your phone gallery? I’ve seen it done but not sure how. Appreciate any tips!

To save Instagram videos to your gallery, you can either screen record using your phone’s built-in recorder or use third-party apps or websites (if allowed). For Reels or your own story, use the “Save” or “Download” option if available before posting. Always respect copyright when saving others' content.

For Reels:

1. Open Instagram → Go to your profile.
2. Tap on the Reel.
3. Tap the three dots (⋯) → Choose “Save to device” (or “Save” on some devices).
4. It will be saved to your phone's gallery/camera roll.

To save Instagram videos to your gallery, use third-party apps or websites like SaveFrom, Inflact, or SnapInsta. Copy the video link from Instagram, paste it into the tool, and download it. For Reels, you can also save them within Instagram, but they won't appear in your phone gallery unless manually downloaded through such tools.
