How to enable popups on my web browser in 2025?

I am unable to activate popups on my web browsers. Can someone guide me on how to enable popups on web browser on 2025?

Even in 2025, major browsers like Chrome, Safari, and Firefox block pop-ups by default, but you can enable pop-ups for specific websites. In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects, and add specific sites to "Allow". On Safari (Mac/iPhone), you can also disable the “Block Pop-ups” option by going to settings. In Firefox, you also have to allow the site in the “Permissions” section. You have to see to it that you only enable pop-ups for trusted sites so that there is no security risk.

It’s pretty simple. Just depends on your browser:

• Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects. Then allow them for the sites you want.
• Edge/Brave/Firefox: Similar steps — look under site permissions or search “pop-ups” in the settings search bar.

You can also allow pop-ups for just one site when the browser blocks it — there’s usually a small icon in the address bar you can click.
