Press F11 on Windows or Control + Command + F on Mac to enter full-screen mode in most apps. For full-screen virtual keyboards, use Windows key + Ctrl + O on Windows or enable it via Accessibility on Mac.
In the case of the majority of apps and browsers, simply tap F11. In order to come out of full-screen, press F11 once more. Runs on Windows and even a few Linux OS.
