How can I check how much VRAM do I have on my PC?

I recently bought an RTX 4060 but don't know the actual VRAM of it. I need to play some high-end games on it, which have a minimum of 6 GB VRAM requirement. Can anyone tell me how much VRAM I have or how to check VRAM on my PC?

Right-click on your desktop and select Display Settings, then Advanced Display Settings, and finally Display Adapter Properties. Below your graphics adapter info, you will find Dedicated Video Memory, which will inform you of the amount of VRAM (video RAM) available.

To check how much VRAM you have on your PC:
  1. Press Windows + R, type dxdiag, and press Enter.
  2. Go to the Display tab.
  3. Under Display Memory (VRAM), you’ll see your video memory.
Alternatively:
  • Right-click desktop > Display settings > Advanced display settings > Display adapter properties to view VRAM.
